He pulled both SUVs next to each other and went over both the pluses and differences on each model. I was impressed with the knowledge he had on the two different models of Escape. He arranged for a test drive after choosing the one I wanted. Coming back from the test ride he then asked several questions to help in his processing of the paperwork. It went so smoothly and was a real pleasure to deal with him and the Finance rep. Dave.
