I came in because of a nail in my tire. I was told originally I could have it repaired. Once my car arrived I was told it could only be replaced and then told they don't do repairs. If I had taken it to Stokes tire next door the cost would have been under $100. BMW charged me over $500. After researching on line I found out that SMBMW charged me $110 over market value for the tire. I will take my business to Beverly Hills BMW next time. More

Every time I come into this dealership, the employees look absolutely miserable. I don’t know if it’s a corporate culture issue, or just specific to this location, but no one looks happy to be there. While I was picking up my car, I saw a customer call the police on this location because he wasn’t getting any help with his car. I overheard he had only purchased his car 2 months ago, and after coming to the service center multiple times with no resolution, he had to resort to calling the Santa Monica police department to file a complaint. The fact that he felt the need to get law enforcement involved speaks to the level of service your clients have come to expect. More
Did not perform the multi point inspection they were supposed to.
