The car was supposed to be ready for the drive around with a shop manager, because I continue to have problems with the transmission. The car was not ready. There were two other people there that did not with a shop manager, because I continue to have problems with the transmission. The car was not ready. There were two other people there that did not have their cars ready either. So I didn’t get the drive-through. Obviously they hadn’t throughout the whole process through because they brought the car up dirty and without gas in it when I had brought their car back with a full tank as opposed to 3/4.unbelievable, every time there is a Snafu - some small thing that’s irritating that they don’t do right . Very disappointed to find upon getting vehicle home that ventilated and massage seats as advertised had been eliminated from the package with no notification from the Dealer or factory and without considera ventilated and massage seats as advertised had been eliminated from the package with no notification from the Dealer or factory and without consideration in price. Just checked BMW the build your own website and the ventilated seats have been removed from the pkg. I was mistaken i was not charged for the seats but still would have liked to be informed that the option had been cut from the package. More
