I was not happy with the service I received. My vehicle which is still fairly new 2021, would not start and was towed-in. They had no loaner vehicles available, they told me there was a 3 week My vehicle which is still fairly new 2021, would not start and was towed-in. They had no loaner vehicles available, they told me there was a 3 week waiting list for a loaner and it's pouring rain out. i missed a day of work due to unreliable tow via roadside assistance. I saw a loaner vehicle on site not being used and more were coming in as people were returning them but they would not accommodate me and I have been a long time loyal customer. The quality at this dealership has been declining over the last few years. When my vehicle was ready for pick up they gave it back to flithy, it was no longer raining so that couldn't have been the excuse. I will not be taking my vehicle back here for any future servicing.
