Appointments should be taken in order of your appointment time. So if the 8:30am appointment arrives at 7:55am they should not been taken before the 8:00am appointment. Also, we requested a tire check service as the monitor indicated tires were low. The invoice said the work was done and when vehicle was picked up, turns out it was not done. Had to take the care to a service station to fill up the tires. This is basic customer service, even the person bringing the car to the customer pickup area could see the error/warning message and did nothing. More

Upon initial inspection, tech did not notice (or removed) missing lug nuts on front right wheel and reported nothing found. BTW - the only repair center that has worked on this vehicle is SM BMW thus leading to my conclusion that the lug nuts were not properly torqued during the last visit. This has shaken my confidence in your capabilities and also leads me to wonder if this has been properly repaired. Very disappointing. More
