I was very disappointed that when I dropped my car off they gave me an Uber credit to go back home. When I picked up my car from its warranty work there was a $15 charge for the Uber. Had that been explained to me ahead of time I would’ve used my own Uber account and gone for less than $15, they did promptly refund the money but it’s a bad business practice and indicative of a level of disregard that does not correlate with the cost of a BMW. I was also told to wait 15-20 minutes for them to bring my car around because it was being washed and I did wait 10 minutes. My car had been parked under a tree and was completely unwashed, Beverly Hills BMW is right down the street, I will try them next time I need warranty work, which is hopefully never. More

Charging $2200 for a job that any other BMW specialist mechanic is charging $900 for. Paid $275 for this service center to open my hood and see the charge pipe was broken…waste of time and money. Also called ahead of time for them to get my car ready for me to pick up - they didn’t do anything. Got there and still had to wait for them to find my car. Shuffle cars around and bring it to me….would not recommend anyone come here. More

It’s been easy to schedule appointments and bring car for service at this location. When it comes to regular maintenance, everything has been done well and within reasonable time frame. There is also an opti service at this location. When it comes to regular maintenance, everything has been done well and within reasonable time frame. There is also an option for use BMW-provided Uber rides for customers after the car drop off (not sure about the radius since I haven’t used it myself). Staff has been always very friendly so combined with good quality work I’d recommend this service center location More

I did not feel that BMW accurately communicated. What was going on with my car with me. They charged an exorbitant price for the repairs from allegedly a pothole.
