I took my X6 vehicle in for servicing at SM BMW before a road trip and. 100 miles later on the road trip, the engine light came on again. I took the X6 to another BMW servicing center and I was told that th road trip and. 100 miles later on the road trip, the engine light came on again. I took the X6 to another BMW servicing center and I was told that the cabin air filters should not have been replaced but rather the air filter, which has never been replaced,, should have been replaced and it hadn't been replaced as it was extremely dirty and filthy— choking the engine due to filth—which in turn triggered the check engine light. SM BMW did this full point check but what was the point since it didn’t see something simple as an air filter being extremely filthy and needed to be replace? At Jiffy Lube, one of the first things that they check is the air filter. I would have been better off going to Jiffy Lube and saved a lot of money and gotten better service for my X6. I suggest going to another BMW servicing center or Jiffy Lube for your BMW servicing! More

Excellent service. I had a flat on my run flat tire. I called at 7 am to find out if they had the particular tire in stock. They did. I brought the car into service a I had a flat on my run flat tire. I called at 7 am to find out if they had the particular tire in stock. They did. I brought the car into service and an hour later I had the new tire. The service department technician even sent me a video of the underside of my SUV with a commentary. I was impressed. More
