I am writing to provide a positive review of the excellent customer service provided by service manager Brad Blacquiere. I brought my 2014 F-150 truck in for three corrective maintenance issues and excellent customer service provided by service manager Brad Blacquiere. I brought my 2014 F-150 truck in for three corrective maintenance issues and was assigned to Brad. Brad consistently provided timely updates on the status of estimated cost, parts availability, when my truck was in the mechanic’s bay and most importantly when repairs were complete and ready for pickup. The day after pickup, I noticed the vent was not operating properly after activating the recirculation button. I contacted Brad, who coordinated with the technician over the phone and concluded that the truck required a return to the facility for additional repairs. I expressed the inconvenience of returning the truck because I live an hour away and Brad offered valet services for pickup and delivery before and after repairs, which I accepted. Brad consistently demonstrates professionalism at Sarasota Ford and deserves recognition for his efforts. He exceeded my expectation and delivered outstanding customer service!!! More
