Kindness This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Sarasota Ford. This time I visited the GMC an Dodge dealerships because I was unsure of the vehicle or Truc This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Sarasota Ford. This time I visited the GMC an Dodge dealerships because I was unsure of the vehicle or Truck I wanted to go with. Last stop SARASOTA FORD. I contacted my last salesman JR Soto because he was so original and knowledgeable on what he was selling on my last purchase. As soon as I walked into the dealer it was a completely different feeling and it reminded me of my last experience there. Everyone in the dealer is so Kind. You can not walk in or even stand in the parking lot with out someone greeting you and asking to help you. I knew at that moment that I was definitely purchasing a vehicle from there. I own 2 companies and I pay attention to good customer service. I stopped by for a quick assessment of my trade in then picked the trucks I wanted to view along my visit. JR took me on the tour of the trucks I selected and again he was very knowledgeable and went over all the features they had. He listens to your interest as well. Another great experience. I will be purchasing another truck in December and JR will definitely be my go to guy. Seth Gwaltney in finance was also very good and went to bat for me on the best rates and he was fast and had great communication skills. Thanks for another great experience guys. More
