She indicated that this would be passed on to the correct people and he should get a follow up call. Never received any call from the dealership. Now taking my car to a different dealer More

Bought a certified preowned car We purchased a cpo car from Sarasota Ford. I wish I could say it went perfectly, but there were a couple issues. The reason for the five star revie We purchased a cpo car from Sarasota Ford. I wish I could say it went perfectly, but there were a couple issues. The reason for the five star review is because after some phone calls and a couple trips to the dealership, management made everything right. That is rare. Professional, Courteous, Above and Beyond I brought my vehicle in for service and was advised my baby had some major problems going on and it could cost thousands! I don’t have that kind of money to invest in this car. So I walked over to sales and met Amanda Tift. She was extremely understanding of my situation with the car and having limited funds available. She told me not to worry that she were do her best to get me out of that mess and into more reliable transportation. I wanted to try and stay in the same type of vehicle I had, but was advised it would be over budget. Amanda searches the inventory and found pre-owned Fusion with very low mileage and it was within my budget. It was perfect! The style, thencolor, just enough features but not too many. After explaining the process to me she helped me with all the paperwork and was very patient as I slowly filled it out. I have difficulty writing due to a previous injury. Afterwards she explained all the new features to me because I didn’t have a clue. This was such a great experience. Thank you Amanda and Sarasota Ford for getting me back on the road. More
