Great Experience Sarasota Ford has obviously hit it out of the park with the culture its has instilled in their staff. It is often said that the Customer is the most important thing in business. Actually, the employees are. When a quality employers creates a positive work environment for its staff it will be passed along to the customer. I bought a new F150 from Vinny the other day and Monica in the Business Office took care of the details. My overall experience was outstanding!! Yes, I am very happy with my new truck, but I am even happier about my overall experience. You guys and gals did good !! K More

LIES and CHEATS I took my car in with the engine light on. I said it seemed to run rough, so maybe a spark plug was out. The service adviser read the engine codes usi I took my car in with the engine light on. I said it seemed to run rough, so maybe a spark plug was out. The service adviser read the engine codes using an OBD tool and told me they should replace the spark plugs (about $250) and do a full fluids flush and replace (about $800). He warned me that this MAY not resolve the engine light. I said fine. When I went to pick up the car the engine light was still on. I pulled around and went in to ask why. He told me that the plugs and fluids were just scheduled maintenance based on my mileage, and that they were UNRELATED to the engine light. He then shared with me that the engine light was due to a fuel rail malfunction, and if (!) I wanted that fixed they'd have to do more diagnostics. xxx DID I BRING IT THERE FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE??? I"ll never, ever, ever, bring my vehicle there, and will never advise anyone to take their car there. CROOKS. More

review I just bought a car there that they had driven from another dealership because they did not have anything I was interested in. They were stingy on pricing and were not super friendly. I signed paperwork and agreed on a price based off mileage that was earlier talked about. When I received the car it had nearly 4,000 more miles and when I contacted them they were unwilling to change the price or do anything for that matter. I then said I would return the vehicle within the 72 hours allotted but they only do "exchanges" aka I can only get something off of their lot that I do not want. More

Dealership is a Scam Run far away from this dealership. Total scammers. I found a car I loved, agreed on a price and signed all the paperwork - yes, signed all the paperwo Run far away from this dealership. Total scammers. I found a car I loved, agreed on a price and signed all the paperwork - yes, signed all the paperwork. I had to come back the next day to bring full payment. When I showed up, they wanted me to sign new paperwork stripping away the (albeit miniscule) warranty that was promised. They refused to honor the original deal and would not let me buy the car unless I agreed to the new terms. Attempts to contact management have resulted only in my message being sent from one uninterested party to the next. Still haven't talked to anyone and now the car is gone. More

Highly recommend! I wasn't really ready to purchase amd was only going to do some research on the Edge.
