We cannot say enough good about Jose Rafael Soto, who went every extra mile in not only a warm personal welcome, but at various times in the process of both trade-in and leasing, expertly guided us through any 'waiting moments' with assurance of our comfort and ease with offers of refreshments and a tour of the service area which includes a grand assortment of amenities, including the most amazing water massage chairs! To be totally honest, I was dreading the whole experience of going to a 'car dealer' and I must say that not only were my negative expectations shattered completely, but I experienced a literal 'reboot' of opinion, mood and mindset for the positive, with this purchase! Again, many many kudos to J.R.
