That was 4 days ago . I called again on day 4 got in touch with the service writer that sits next to my service writer and I expressed my concerns to him and he told me as soon as he gets to his desk i let him know , no response . I called corporate ford which was a waist of time . Corp ford said we can nothing about it. I said its your product thats failing and she said i understand but you have to deal with Sarasota ford and we cant tell them to do anything. I called the service manger Kenny left a message with no response yet . I feel Ford has failed me . I expressed my family's safety with this current unsafe vehicle and it seems that no one cares .
