Great experience I was interested in buying a used Transit, which I did. I made a VIP appointment for a Saturday which worked very well. Just purchased a used FORD C-Max Energi from Andy at Sarasota Ford. Given that the car is somewhat unknown I was nervous about what the salesperson could tell me about the car. Imagine my surprise when Andy said he owned the same car. He answered all my questions about the car and wasn't the high pressure guy we all hate at some dealerships. The actual purchase and paperwork went well and with a minimum of fuss. All in all I would certainly go back to Sarasota Ford (and Andy) when the time comes for a new car. More

My experience from the start was awesome, I had a great guy called Vince, who went above and beyond, to help me knowing, I was 4 hours away from the dealership.. I traveled down to the dealership early on guy called Vince, who went above and beyond, to help me knowing, I was 4 hours away from the dealership.. I traveled down to the dealership early on a Saturday. The evening before I did have a call from some guy Ehab who was very rude and disrespectful as he was on speaker, and my wife was also listening we didn’t appreciate his tone just because I had my own finance set up. Anyway I got there early and Vince greeted me, very genuine and a nice person 10 star rating if they had one. Anyway then came along Ehab, again very Rude and talking to me like I was stupid and super disrespectful, at one point he even called me a lier in front of my teenage son. if you ever go to this dealer which I rate 5 stars for sure please save yourself the frustration and blood pressure of this arrogant, Rude disrespectful Ignorant PIG! I walked out this dealership after this encounter! Before I left I thanked Vince for everything as I felt bad he had worked so hard for this idiot to loose him the sale in under 2 minutes! I got in my car and along came another sales manager called Randy, he asked me for 5 minutes and I gave him that. He came back and was a pleasure to talk with and he saved the deal! Then I met with Richard in financing who was awesome to! He Explained everything and was great. Vince, Randy and Richard along with the dealership definitely 5 stars no question!!!! As for Ehab I would not let him anywhere a customer I apologize for my comment but he is a complete first class jerk and that is being super polite! Avoid him like the plague at all costs, if you come across him ask for someone else do not forget it’s your money your spending Great job Vince, randy, Richard awesome service! More

A state of the art facility, with cafe , high pressure massage chair room, theater, arcade game, friendly staff with professional and prompt services. Izzy made my sales experience seamless throughout every process. He made sure my wife and I had a nice lunch at the cafe, took care of my trade in, prepared my documents for finance, made sure my vehicle I was purchasing was detailed and ready to go, also went over every option and details on my vehicle and topped off my tank. Seth was my financial officer that gave me the smoothest transaction I have ever had on a vehicle purchase.
