How long is reasonable time to repair?? While I have never purchased there, our community bus/van is currently in Sarasota for service. We dropped it off for apt on July 11 and it is still t While I have never purchased there, our community bus/van is currently in Sarasota for service. We dropped it off for apt on July 11 and it is still there today Aug 5! We are Senior retirement community with 178 residents that rely on that bus for transportation. They called to let us know it was ready and within 10 miles after picking it up , same problem! We have incurred 1500.00 for rental mini van that is very difficult for seniors to get in and out, iYou would think 3 going on 4 weeks you would be able to get your vehicle repaired, word today was , still waiting on parts and no eta for completion, will need to think twice when we replace our Crown Vic company car and replace this van, ,very disappointed with service More

I was searching the lot and Andy Maleszka approached and offered to help, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that were on the lot to select from and was very prompt with finding out anything he didn't know. I decided on a vehicle to purchase and he made the car buying process a lot easier by not pressuring me into doing anything I was not comfortable with and explaining everything in detail so I wasn't getting confused since this was my first vehicle purchase on my own. Also one of the manager's Brian was very helpful with making sure I was able to get the price to a spot where I was comfortable and made sure that the small imperfections on the vehicle would get repaired at no cost to me to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Also Scott in financing did an awesome job at making the experience painless. Needless to say Andy and Brian made a very great impression on me for my 1st car buying experience as well as all of the polite staff at Sarasota Ford. I look forward to getting my service done there as well as any future vehicle purchases. More

Horrible service Very bad service left my car at 2 pm told they would call when ready, never received h a call. I called at 3pm and told the car was ready, but Ken Bateman went home. When I picked the car up I was told that they did not have enough time to check the car out. I took it to my dealership they check it out in 90 minutes. More

We visited Sarasota Ford mid-July to purchase a vehicle advertised on their website that we h This is an update/edit of an earlier one-star review. We visited Sarasota Ford mid-July to purchase a vehicle advertised on their website that we had exchanged calls and emails with sales staff about. We were travelling from outside of the area after completing a test drive and getting a price from another dealer. After a bad experience on the sales floor and being unable to reach terms, we left and purchased the vehicle elsewhere. After sharing my experience online, Sarasota Ford reached out to me for more information and specifics on my experience. They were very apologetic and assured me that my experience was not typical and not how a sales experience there should occur. They honored their advertised price match guarantee and sent us a very nice accessory gift for our new Ford vehicle. Their online reviews from other customers online are generally positive, which is why we’re still a little flabbergasted as to how so many things went wrong during our sales visit, but they did earn five-stars for follow up and will consider them in the future for a possible purchase. They could have overlooked one bad review in a hundred so we do appreciate the extra effort to make sure we were satisfied, even though we had already completed a vehicle purchase elsewhere. The sales floor also has a movie theater and an arcade console, which makes the dealer-visit a lot less onerous with the kids :-) More
