I don't typically like phone calls, but the internet salesm I initially did some online research and then inquired online for a quote on a Ford Edge. I don't typically like phone calls, but the internet salesman seemed genuine, honest, and personable. I was in a bit of a hurry when I went for the test drive. The salesman in the store seemed honest and friendly as well. My overall experience was good. I wish I had taken a bit more time to slow down on the financing portion and follow through with my own pre-approved loan, which I feel would have saved me some additional undiscussed fees. That was my own fault for scheduling a visit on a day when I had a prior engagement already scheduled. More
