M who not only surprised with knowledge and friendliness, he also listened to me and showed me what i liked to see. Ending up with the car i wanted and they made it happened that this car was also a car i can afford. I was leaving the dealership with a smile in my face and this was important to me. broken promises i live in Valdosta , Ga., and I was looking for a SUV to replace the older one I had. my son had just bought a new truck from you, so he recommended y i live in Valdosta , Ga., and I was looking for a SUV to replace the older one I had. my son had just bought a new truck from you, so he recommended you to me , since he had a great experience. we researched your inventory, and found the one we really wanted( we also found the exact twin in tampa for 2000. less)(2008 Lincoln Navigator), so we contacted your sales staff and made an appointment to see the SUV and try to make a deal. we drove over 300 miles on June 6, 2015, and did, in fact make the deal. the only problem we had, and also my son had was the $25.00 to test drive that was offered to us by your salesman. we have asked numerous times, but was told it would take just a couple weeks, but after 5 months, we still don't have it. $25.00 may not be much, but now I feel we were lied to about the "test drive" money from the start. I feel that I can't recommend your dealership to anyone. More

I stopped by before going to the gigantic Ford dealers North of where I live, and it was the best decision I made. My sales consultant Al Bogdanovic was terrific!! I told him specifically what I was looking for (went to look at pre-owned Fusions) and he found one in my same price range but much much newer. Every step of the way he kept me up to speed on what was happening. I appreciate someone who has attention to detail, and he surpassed my expectation. You are looking at a proud new owner of a 2016 Ford Fusion, something I couldn't have done if I traveled to Tampa. Al made this possible for me, and I am so stoked to be a part of the amazing staff at Sarasota Ford. More

We were greeted by Steve Oliver and he spent several hours with us discussing a used vehicle or new vehicle. Once my husband saw and drove a 2015 Ford Lariat that was all she wrote. Steve helped us attain that vehicle and was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and instructed us how to use all the equipment and optional equipment on the vehicle. If you are at Sarasota Ford purchasing a vehicle or if your vehicle is in for repair they have a very nice amenity which is a snack bar. We drove away same day with a beautiful new truck. More

Very Unexpected Car Dealer Experience I was looking into buying a new car for the first time and found the salesman to be helpful as long as I was standing right in front of him. I am not I was looking into buying a new car for the first time and found the salesman to be helpful as long as I was standing right in front of him. I am not sure if the experience that I had was because I didn't buy a car off the lot the first day I walked in or not but after leaving the lot the first time I had a very difficult time getting the salesman to return my calls about simple questions. After a few days without a response I decided to stop in and I actually spoke to a different individual who (again) was extremely friendly and helpful as I was physically there. I was told that I would receive a call the next day and that was about 2 weeks ago. I never received a call (and still haven't to this day). Honestly, I stopped trying to deal with this dealership because I wanted to give my sale to a dealership who WORKED for the sale. Needless to say, I bought my car from another Ford dealership and had a very pleasant buying experience. All I can say is that Sarasota Ford definitely "missed the mark" and lost my sale. Based on my experience I will not be recommending Sarasota Ford to any of my friends or family if and when they are looking for a vehicle. More
