I purchased a used car from this dealership around 3 weeks ago. I have numerous warning lights coming on and called the dealership to advise. This was confirmed by the Auto Repair shop they sent me too. I was told that my sales rep would call me this has also proven to be untrue. As an aged woman buying her first car since the recent death of her husband you can imagine my stress level. I thought by going through a dealership and not Carvana as everyone told me I should do was guaranteeing me some king of come back.SO NOT TRUE PLEASE DONT BE SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS More

Ford motor company gave me a date Specific pay off amount. And they added 3 additional days of interest when I went in to settle up. I should have walked away initially. When Ford offered 7% financing and at the closing, they told me I had to pay over 10 with a credit score of 840 and no debt on my. Credit reports with ample income. I lost a ton of money returning the vehicle, but it was the right thing to do and there's too many Ford dealers in the world for me to deal with them. If you plan on calling them to get some information about a car that they have in their inventory do not bother, they do not allow you to get through to a salesperson To answer questions, they're very adamant. And rude about you having to drive to Their Dealership and Make An Appointment With Them. Before you can get any answered questions. And I experienced this on several occasions. And explained to them that I did not live in Sarasota, Florida, that was a very Unhappy that I couldn't call their dealership and speak to a salesman about a car on their lot. I've never experienced that with any other dealer in my life, I've bought dozens and dozens of cars And probably spoke to a hundred dealerships in my life And was able to speak to sales people about their inventory.
