My 2019 F150 died on me in Tampa. Called the receptionist at the front desk and had my truck towed to the dealership the same day no issues. They connected me with Logan from the serv Called the receptionist at the front desk and had my truck towed to the dealership the same day no issues. They connected me with Logan from the service department. Service tells me it would take a couple days to get the issue diagnosed. They called me a uber back to my home free of charge. Turns out I had a bad fuel pump. Logan from service took all my warranty paperwork and handled contacting the warranty company. I did not have to do anything. Fuel pump was on back order so i waited a little long on getting my truck back, however this dealership will text you updates. I approved and coordinated everything through text. I don't know why more companies don't do this. Anyway, I usually never leave reviews however I've been a lifelong Ford guy and I was really pleased with the overall experience at this dealership.
