Not only did I have to endure a lengthy wait of over eight weeks to be contacted about the charging station, but I was also burdened with unexpected installation costs. To make matters worse, despite reaching out to the general manager outlining my concerns, I received no response. Additionally, the salesperson's behavior during the car-buying process was highly uncomfortable. They put undue pressure on us to make a quick decision and seemed disappointed when we expressed the need to take some time to think about it. This sales tactic made us feel uneasy and undermined our confidence in the dealership's overall professionalism. I will say that my wife was satisfied how the salesperson explained the features of the car. Due to these numerous shortcomings and the overall negative experience, I have made the decision to take my cash buying elsewhere. So I did last week buying a new Kia for the daughter of my best friend, I did not even consider Ford this time. Sarasota Ford has lost a valuable cash buying customer as a result of their disappointing service, lack of response, and uncomfortable sales experience. Even worse, they have lost their reputation. Considering the lack of customer care demonstrated throughout my interactions with Sarasota Ford, I cannot in good faith recommend them to others. It is essential for customers to feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, that was not the case in my experience with this dealership. More
