I bought a used diesel truck for nearly $60K. .Sarasota Ford said that they changed the oil, but didn't change the fuel filters. So I, the customer told them that they put too much oil in the engi .Sarasota Ford said that they changed the oil, but didn't change the fuel filters. So I, the customer told them that they put too much oil in the engine..way over filled..so I returned with the truck to get the fuel filters replaced and oil drained out to proper level. Sarasota Ford did replace the fuel filters but DID NOT REMOVE the over filled oil in the engine. Apparently it is ok to be dishonest to customers More
