I am writing to recognize Cesar Sandoval for his outstanding customer service. On May 4, 2023 the “wrench” light lit up on the dash of my 2015 CMAX. I brought the car in and Cesar did the scan to pr outstanding customer service. On May 4, 2023 the “wrench” light lit up on the dash of my 2015 CMAX. I brought the car in and Cesar did the scan to produce the Oasis report which displayed everything was good. I had originally made an appointment for the following week for another issue on the car and routine maintenance, but he was able to schedule me in the next day since it was an issue that regular maintenance would have to check. Throughout this process Cesar went above and beyond. He was friendly, informative, professional and overall had a great demeanor. He sets a great example of excellent customer service and other’s could observe and learn from him. He also followed up to make sure that everything was good with car after the maintenance. I bought my car at this dealership in 2019, moved to two other states and taken my car in for routine servicing. Sarasota Ford in my opinion is the best whether purchasing or bringing the car in for servicing. I’ve never had a bad experience, always leaving thinking “what an amazing dealership this at on all levels”. More
