My 2022 f250 was at the dealership for front bumper to be repainted. I live 2 hours away and since they told me my truck was ready for pick up last week and when I got there it was in fact not ready Robyn Kn repainted. I live 2 hours away and since they told me my truck was ready for pick up last week and when I got there it was in fact not ready Robyn Knoll said they would have salesman JR Soto deliver my truck. My truck was scheduled to be delivered to me 8/4/22. I got a notification my truck was parked at Maduro Cigar & bar in Bradenton on 8/3/22 at 6:35 pm. In calling the dealership and talking to a manager and demanding a photo be taken of my truck in the parking lot of Sarasota ford it was discovered JR Soto drove my truck home for the night to deliver to me 8/4/2022. But the kicker to whole situation I was not notified my truck was leaving the dealership on 8/3/2022 I would have never allowed my truck to go home with someone else, let alone, take my truck to a bar. I feel completely violated. My truck was at this Bar for 53 minutes that I can prove. Someone from the dealership tipped JR off and he called me while I was on the phone with the manager Brian. When I didn't answer he asked me to call him. When I called him and asked why my truck was at a bar he stated he just stopped there for a few minutes. I demanded he take my truck back to dealership and my husband went to pick my truck up this am 8/4/2022. My husband had a meeting with 2 gentlemen. I really don't think Sarasota ford understands how critical it is that my truck was at a bar with an employee driving it. I had to give a major credit card, insurance card, drivers license to drive a rental car that was 3 times less the cost of my truck. More
