My experience with Sarasota Ford was fantastic…. Specifically Mike Contoni was beyond exceptional! My wife and I were looking for a new Expedition for a while but couldn’t find one with the exact model/specs we wanted. We noticed Sarasota Ford was going to be receiving exactly what we were looking for. I reached out for additional information and Mike returned my call. I explained that I was three hours away on the East Coast of Florida and that my wife was eight months pregnant so traveling for her would be a no-go. Mike, along with the rest of the staff at Sarasota Ford, ensured we could complete all the paperwork electronically and I could just show up to pick up the vehicle. Mike kept me updated throughout the entire process, sending us videos and images of the vehicle from the moment it arrived at Sarasota Ford until it was ready for me to pick up. Mike waited for me to show up and then sat with me in the car, ensuring I was comfortable and set up before making the 3 hour drive home. The entire process was flawless and we can’t thank Mike enough for making it so easy for us. We love our new Expedition! More

I went to this dealership a few weeks back, went in to get an appraisal on my wifes car and the next day we bought a new car from them.
