We took in our vehicle to possibly trade for a Ford Mustang. Our agent, Greg Jordan, made sure that we were comfortable and had all that we needed—breakfast, coffee, water, etc. He then sat with us and listened carefully to our search criteria. He came up with several options, one of which fit our needs and budget. All aspects of the sale were then handled efficiently and with care. Greg took a picture of us in our new vehicle for us and sent us on our way with his good wishes and his card, telling us to PLEASE call him with any concerns or questions. I called twice today to ask a few technical questions about the car and its dash—easily answered. Many thanks, Greg Jordan and Monica, the financials wizard who made the transfer so smooth :-). I purchased a new F150 and took it for it's first time on the highway. The truck almost shook itself apart. When I took it back to the dealer to complain, I was told to get the truck out of their yard or the the highway. The truck almost shook itself apart. I was wearing a mask, but only one of the Managers would wear a mask in front of me. Not a surprise to me that the only one showing respect was the Colored man. Scot More

I purchased a new F150, Drove it on the highway for the first time and experienced violent shaking. I took it to the dealer at 11:30 AM and waited for almost 4 hours, only to be told that they did everyth first time and experienced violent shaking. I took it to the dealer at 11:30 AM and waited for almost 4 hours, only to be told that they did everything that they could? When I got upset at that response, I was told by a Manager to never come back??? How is that supposed to work when they hold the service contract? They sold me a lemon, and when I complained, They say leave and never come back. Do not buy from Sarasota Ford More
