have worked in auto sales for 11 yrs. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I want to give kudos to Sarasota Ford, and specifically, Amanda Tift for assisting me with my most recent vehicle purchase. many cars in my lifetime. I want to give kudos to Sarasota Ford, and specifically, Amanda Tift for assisting me with my most recent vehicle purchase. I went in with the goal of simply test driving a certain preowned model that only they had. Amanda was amazing and very knowledgeable of that "Non‐Ford" vehicle. She had it pulled up and ready for me on my arrival. I drive the vehicle and it was in tip-top shape, but it didn't "speak to me" like I thought it would. I was leaving to go test drive another make/model at another dealership . Amanda was not pushy or invasive. She simply asked me what my needs were and what was most important to me. I wanted luxury, 4 doors and sporty. She listened to my response and kindly asked if I would consider driving a newer Ford Exedition Limited, which would also fit my larger family. I agreed since I was already there. I was never the SUV type..but as soon as I sat in this beautiful Expedition, and drove it for 5 minutes..I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Ford really stepped up their product!!! I drive several "luxury" brands before driving this Expedition, and it led the pack hands down on comfort, options, technology, finance rates etc. I did not go in to purchase this day, but Amanda made it so easy and everything fit perfectly so I drove home in my new SUV! The dealership is beautiful. Everyone says hello to you and stops what they are doing to make sure you comfortable, offering refreshments and a smile. It was such a great experience, we actually came back 2 days later and bought our daughter a brand new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium! Highly recommend Sarasota Ford. Great job! More
