To phone conversation to set appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. To the greetings at front desk from receptionist to meeting my sales representative Izzy Torres. A state of the art facility, with cafe , high pressure massage chair room, theater, arcade game, friendly staff with professional and prompt services. Izzy made my sales experience seamless throughout every process. He made sure my wife and I had a nice lunch at the cafe, took care of my trade in, prepared my documents for finance, made sure my vehicle I was purchasing was detailed and ready to go, also went over every option and details on my vehicle and topped off my tank. Seth was my financial officer that gave me the smoothest transaction I have ever had on a vehicle purchase.
