Good luck getting good customer service from finance department. Over 1 month ago I requested cancellation of my Extended Service plan. Sent requested forms with cover letter to call me acknowledging re department. Over 1 month ago I requested cancellation of my Extended Service plan. Sent requested forms with cover letter to call me acknowledging receipt of documents. After numerous calls I finally found out orders were issued to cancel on 10/13. Why no one called me me is a mystery. Typical service after sale from a dealership. Think twice before trusting this dealership. More
