This last weekend I was able to go in and speak with Tom right away, he showed us the Honda Pilot and we test drove a new one. He spent plenty of time explaining all the features to us without feeling rushed. At other places, the dealers are only interested in getting signatures but at Saratoga Honda, Tom spent as much as we needed him to in order for us to understand the car. When we decided to look at a used Pilot, Tom switched gears right away and didn't try to pressure either of us into the new one. We made our decision and Pete at sales was great in taking care of the paperwork. They also treat military very well and were able to give a great discount. On another point that is extremely important to me, the dealers at Saratoga Honda don't differentiate between men and women drivers. Tom treated me with respect as a buyer even though my fiance was with me. He answered my questions directly. After our 1998 Civic (271,000 miles) was totaled in an accident, we visited Casey Zywot at Saratoga Honda. Needless to say we bought our brand new 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L at Saratoga Honda. Casey and the rest of the staff were friendly, informative, and totally professional helping us with our purchase. I recently called the service department and spoke with Geoff with an issue I thought I had with my 09 Pilot.
