He was very knowledgeable about this truck as well as Ford trucks in general. I told him that I live in NJ, and needed to trade in my current Ford truck. We sent additional information regarding the trucks back and forth. We agreed on prices and I found him very helpful as tried to assist me in any way he could. He took my calls straight away and was prompt with additional information wether it be a phone call or email. He gave me a fair price on my current truck as well as the new truck. I made arrangement with Angelo to drive out this weekend. (2/10/17) When I got there he was even nicer in person. He had arranged all the paperwork necessary with Chris Umbaugh the finance manager. He too, was very personable and efficient.. There were no surprises or empty promises. Together the two made this transaction as smooth as possible. I was in and out in a matter of a half hour. I must say the facility and showroom was beautiful. I am ecstatic with my new truck and wish there were more Ford dealerships like this one. More
