I’ve bought about 15 cars in my lifetime and my recent purchase with Sauers was by far the best experience yet. They worked with me to do most of the paperwork remotely and all I did was walk in, sign a f purchase with Sauers was by far the best experience yet. Went to dealer on 11-15-22 with appointment at 1045. Was told it would take about 2 hours. I came back 3 hours later was told car not ready. I ask how much longer the technician told me another hour to Was told it would take about 2 hours. I came back 3 hours later was told car not ready. I ask how much longer the technician told me another hour to hour and half. I said this was xxxxxxxx because i had app. Was told i could take my car without service and go home. This review will not be shown because it is negative . By the way this is mt second trip to Suers and it will be my last. Very rude tec and customer service. More
