Not what we had expected from the cheesy advertising We test drove vehicles at about 9 different dealerships to drive models including the Ford Explorer, Ford Edge, BMW X5, Volvo XC90, Range Rover, GMC A We test drove vehicles at about 9 different dealerships to drive models including the Ford Explorer, Ford Edge, BMW X5, Volvo XC90, Range Rover, GMC Acadia, Lexus RX, Acura MDX, Nissan Pathfinder and Buick Enclave. My husband and I spent about 2 months of extensive research and test drives to find the right Make and Model of SUV for our family. Our goal was to find a luxury SUV that we would be happy driving for 5+ years. We ended up behind the wheel of CPO 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland from Savage 61 after having driven the vehicle 2 weeks prior. Tom Satterfield was not the typical salesman we expected or experienced at the other dealerships. We felt no pressure to buy. He was informative of the vehicles' features, informative of the brand, the warranty, and led us in the direction best for us. Tom was available during the sale and has checked up on us after the sale as well. One downfall is that the dealership did email us too much - I would recommend to not inquire thru the website or the online chat.
