Too Words Too Many I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and being screwed over. I went in looking for a Jeep Grand I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and being screwed over. I went in looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee but was open to other Jeeps and vehicles on the lot. Every other GOOD and PROFESSIONAL dealership goes out and greets the customer. I had to walk in to get noticed, and looked like I got the unprofessional Jose Maradey who was on his phone nonetheless. He shook my hand which I was surprised since he had to put his phone down for a minute. I went on two test drives and the vehicles were alright but that's not what I came here for. Jose treated me like his chauffeur, he sat in the back of the cars on his phone and NEVER talked to me about anything. I told him what I wanted my payments to be so I told him that I wanted the Jeep Grand Cherokee. We walk inside and I was very surprised he even offered us to sit down. He got some "appraiser" to look at my car and asked me once again what I wanted my payments to be, obviously he didn't pay attention. Anyways he came back with numbers and he totally low balled my trade claiming they use NADA. It was the lowest trade I had seen and I have been shopping around for a Jeep for months now get much higher trades. Long story short there was no push or shove. He wouldn't budge on anything and you could tell her was eager to get off his shift (must have made plans with all that texting). So he wouldn't budge on the price of anything and said that his "pricing manager" was not going to butter me and gave me the best offer.......I've seen much better! I was so flabbergasted by this "salesman" "professional" "skills" that I just wanted to take my car and go. Heading out I shared my opinion that it seemed that SAVAGE 61 is just trying to get me out the door so they can all go home and be silly. NEVER GO HERE and if you do, bring food and drink because this comedy show is one you don't want to miss. More
