He was very attentive and a great listener when it came to knowing what my likes and dislikes are in a vehicle. Very patient and friendly and I did not feel pressured which is what I liked the most. AWESOME EXPERIENCE BUYING MY FIRST BRAND NEW VEHICLE!!!!! Wow what an awesome experience buying my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. In April, I stopped into Savage 61 to test drive a Wrangler and was greeted by this smil Wow what an awesome experience buying my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. In April, I stopped into Savage 61 to test drive a Wrangler and was greeted by this smiling man, Rafael Seda. In moments, we jumped into a new jeep which I drove and loved. In fact a week later, I went back to Savage 61, asked for Rafael Seda and ordered my Jeep. Rafael is incredible, even though I knew exactly what I wanted, he made sure to have answers for all my questions. We did a trade on my car and the deal was fantastic!!! We ran into one snag where the 2014 Flame Red color was discontinued and replaced with the 2015 Fire Cracker Red. At this point, I dealt with Shon Elk who is great too! I was reassured if the color was not to my satisfaction, I would not be locked into anything. A few more weeks in, I had the chance to deal with Chris Fox who was just as helpful as Rafael and Shon. Finally the day had come, July 9th and my Jeep (which was built just for me) was here!! Rafael corresponded with me (as he had been doing so all along) letting me know my Jeep was on the Savage 61 lot. What an exciting day and the 2015 color is sexy!! The guys cleaned up my jeep making it look extra nice inside and out!! My buying experience went smoothly and I left that evening with a big smile on my face driving away in my new jeep!!
