From the beginning of me dropping off my car, to the point of them completing ripping off my rear bumper, the service team did nothing but treat me very poor. I was trying to purchase a used vehicle and am a cash buyer. I live quite a distance away so everything was text or e-mail. I still wanted the vehicle so I continued to try to schedule a transport company but they sent the car to auction the very next day. I guess 48 hours is too long to make a deal with this company or maybe they only want to sell to you if they finance. Hopefully every company in Florida does not operate this way. More
