He was knowledgeable about the Infiniti vehicles and about my vehicle which I was trading in. He was very easy going and good to deal with from day one. After my purchase, I contacted him a few times regarding questions and he was again very courteous, respectful and he was able to answer all my questions. The Team at Sawgrass Infiniti also helped me in purchasing accessories for my new vehicle. My experience with the Finance Manager was great also. He explained all the details and paperwork to me and made sure I did not leave with any unanswered questions. Before I came to Sawgrass Infiniti, I had visited the South Motors Infiniti and Warren Henry Infiniti dealerships. The service which I received at Sawgrass was not comparable to the service I received at the other dealerships. The Team at Sawgrass Infiniti went beyond my expectations and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. In addition, instead of servicing my car and purchasing parts at my nearby Infiniti dealer, I will be driving an extra hour to Sawgrass Infiniti because of the exceptional service I have received at this dealer. Poor customer service! I went in to Saw grass Infiniti to purchase a use car to replace a previous Infiniti. My experience with sales was pleasant, but after the check $ w I went in to Saw grass Infiniti to purchase a use car to replace a previous Infiniti. My experience with sales was pleasant, but after the check $ was signed and I began to work with finance it went from pleasant to lackadaisical. For almost three months I was promised per contract a car tag and it has been one excuse after another with the blame placed on the customer as to why it wasn’t delivered. No one took responsibility, nor was willing to make things right. I was given the run around for almost three months with no concern. No communication or follow through. No return calls or emails in a reasonable time frame. Only when I called or emailed would I get some information, however still no time frame for when anything would be done. I would hear excuses, like we are working on it. It’s going to take a while or I thought this department had done it already. Even after expressing my frustration and asking to speak with a general manager still no follow through (from finance) until I called to speak with a general manager. The customer service there is ridiculous. With Saw grass it’s clearly “not” about keeping your business. I love infinit brand cars and will probably purchase another one in the future, but not with Saw grass Infiniti. More

Brian is amazing, the whole staff is professional and most accommodating..If your request is reasonable it will be accomplished.. The management is outstanding as well.. I bought a 2004 Acura TSX on 2010/March from Infinity Sawgrass, Florida. I was disclosed with a carfax report from the dealer, showed clean title, no accidents, everything perfect. It had 59471 miles Sawgrass, Florida. I was disclosed with a carfax report from the dealer, showed clean title, no accidents, everything perfect. It had 59471 miles when bought, now is 87000. The car costed around 20K out of the door. I just found yesterday ( 2 year after) from this dealer, while try to trading the car for a new vehicle that a CarFAX reported that this vehicle had an accident on 2007. They advised me because the accident report on 2007 the value of the car depreciated almost four thousand dollars more. Them I asked what are they doing with cars that had been reported on accident , well he responded " that they don't selling cars that had been reported on accident because they are taking serious their reputation". I responded , we have a contradictions here, because I bought the car on this dealer. The dealer never told me that this car had an accident when I bought the car in 2010, and apparently lied to me with the carfax report and saying the car was in excellent conditions and no accidents or problems. They just apologize for the Manager who sold me the car on 2010, but they didn't assume any responsibility and appraised the car only six thousand dollars. This is a bad dealer and they lie to the customer. They are no serious dealer, don't buy any car for Sawgrass Infinity. Eddy Koy631@hotmail.com More
