Arrogant and unreliable. They contacted me multiple times to try to sell me a car. Am from Pennsylvania and I attempted to make arrangements to come and see the vehicle (would have likely purchased it since to try to sell me a car. Am from Pennsylvania and I attempted to make arrangements to come and see the vehicle (would have likely purchased it since it's exactly the vehicle am looking for). Sales associate strung me along all weekend and made it impossible for me to arrange to travel to see the car by Monday or Tuesday. Then sales associate disappeared from the office for the weekend, as did her "manager" Even though I had been assured their dealership would be open all weekend. Guess they were tired of dealing with me, because when I told their receptionist we were out of time for making travel arrangements, their receptionist said she "didn't deserve that." Guess I'll just give them what they want, because I'll never do business with Sawgrass Infiniti again. Approach them with EXTREME caution. More

They wasted an entire day for me and my family. We scheduled to come in an purchase a vehicle from our salesman Ahmed - nice guy - but they sold it while we were test driving and working out payment. scheduled to come in an purchase a vehicle from our salesman Ahmed - nice guy - but they sold it while we were test driving and working out payment. We had been looking for a particular QX-80 and it finally came in. Sales people knew we were coming there since mid morning. They told me the car was sold when we were verifying trade in. Then they tried to sell a used car that was not a deal at all - joke. Basically offered me a $250 discount for my troubles. Totally untrustworthy and typically shady dealership. They know they have the advantage on inventory - for now - with supply and demand, but they are so foolish because this will not last forever. How you conduct business is important and this dealership says a big f-you to their customers. Would never go there again!!!!!!! This market will not stay this way forever, and this shortsighted dealership will learn a good customer is a customer for life. More
