Scheduled my Cadillac SRC for oil change, new tires and to address leak in my drivers side floor when it rained. The day before my scheduled appointment, Check Engine light came on. Turned out to be same to address leak in my drivers side floor when it rained. The day before my scheduled appointment, Check Engine light came on. Turned out to be same replacement part that was done before. They replaced same part (no charge) and found underlying issue for an additional part which delayed my getting the car back, but they offered a loaner to me. I told them I didn't need it, but they were prepared to in case it got delayed further and would even deliver loaner to me. I had my car detailed and it came out beautifully. While my vehicle was there, I called them about a recall notice I had just received. They had already taken care of it! Briana was exceptional in researching best tires and giving clear cost and time frames for everything. The entire staff was very patient with my inquiries. Kudos to Dave, Mike, and Katie. Very thorough, very patient. Highly recommend their service department. More

The check out process was slow and the service employee had some difficulty understanding the the bill and it required her to leave the register for clarification. I was so glad I brought my invoice with the deposit and guaranteed price. After a bit of delay she returned with the correct figure. My confidence with service has been affected by this and I will be more aware going forward. More
