My experience with Sawyer Chevy was the best expierence I've ever had with a car dealership. My car search started by looking for a Chevy Bolt EUV LT, which in this market was very difficult to find. I was I've ever had with a car dealership. My car search started by looking for a Chevy Bolt EUV LT, which in this market was very difficult to find. I was able to see that Sawyer had two vehicles (one in transit). I specifically was looking for a specific color but was flexible given the circumstances. So I went on their site and started a chat session, gave all my info and got a call within minutes from Stephen. He told me the one in transit was already sold but the other Bolt they had in the lot became available that morning after a deal fell through (Lucky me!). So I went through the whole sales process over the phone with Stephen, providing the paperwork and information needed. The next day all I needed to do was sign paperwork and was handed my keys. This process was soooooo smooth and easy. No waiting for hours at the dealership ! They were upfront with all the cost (nothing hidden) and told me they treat customers how they would want to be treated if they purchased a vehicle. Really blown away by the professionalism of the staff and the transparency. This dealership is an hour away from me but my next vehicle purchase will definitely be with them and I recommend at least giving them a shot first before going anywhere else for a Chevy and ask for Stephen ! More
