So I leased a $62,000 2018 Ford f-150 from Sayville Ford. After the 3 year lease, I purchased it from them, along with a bumper to bumper warranty. At lease and purchase, I was guaranteed to have a loaner car if the car needed drop off service. I have been having my service done exclusively at Sayville Ford for the life of the car. I have noticed a gradual drop off in customer service in my experience with them. Especially the layoffs of key employees sighting “pandemic reasons”. Recently I called for service as I’ve been having a noise coming from the front end and needed to make an appointment. I pressed the prompts to direct me to service no one answered and was told to leave a message with my name and number and they would return the call the same day. They didn’t, and, they didn’t call me the next day. I called them and got the reception and asked if there was a reason why service doesn’t answer the phone? She proceeded to direct me to a service team member who was kind. He answered some of my questions and redirected me to completing my appointment….. except no one answered and I had to again leave a message. No one calls me back. Now I again have to call back and complain about their lack of customer satisfaction. I was finally connected to a service appointment agent and told her that I would need a loaner vehicle. I was told that one wouldn’t be available until December. I asked why so late and was told that Ford corporate took away their cars and didn’t give them back. I asked if they could drop me off and pick me up as the car needed to be left there. The answer was no. I live 15 miles from the dealership. I am completely dissatisfied with Sayville Ford and will stop patronizing this business. Word to the wise. Think before you purchase. The wrong dealership will just give you headaches. At the time of my purchase, Sayville Ford had the best ratings on this site. Not anymore as they are on a steady decline. More
Rob giordano who assisted me set up my appointment and greeted me when i arrived. He then did a once over of my vehicle and noticed my inspection was up. I bought a new Ford Escape from salesman Tony Aiello at Sayville Ford in Feb 2019. At the time I found a small interior fabric defect on the day after I picked up the car. Tony arranged to have it repair Sayville Ford in Feb 2019. At the time I found a small interior fabric defect on the day after I picked up the car. Tony arranged to have it repaired right in my driveway! Fast forward two and a half years later. I unfortunately had a major factory defect warranty repair which would lay up my car for quite some time. I was having no luck with the service dept or Ford Corporate as far as getting a loaner vehicle. After more than two weeks I was out of options. It occurred to me to try one last thing. I emailed Tony and within hours he had a loaner car reserved for me. How often would that happen? You reach out to the salesman that sold you the car and2 1/2 years later and he still helps you out. Tony is the best! If anyone is considering a Ford PLEASE look up Tony Aiello at Sayville Ford. He is an old school guy, not many left. the last time I wrote a review I said I'd give him ten stars if I could. I'm up to 15 stars now!! CALL TONY!! I'm giving Sayville ford the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars due to supply chain issues etc. they lost the fifth star because I went three weeks without a loaner until I spoke to Tony Aiello. More
