Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers responded

Anyone who is buying a new Lexus LX570 is required to supply titling information for the state it will be registered in, and be checked with Lexus against a list of exporters. This vehicle has an elite status, and therefore has been shipped out of the country due to the cost savings it proposes. We struck a deal and had the paperwork ready. After no response trying to send the paperwork, we were advised that an emergency had surfaced, which meant the vehicle needed to be relocated to another state. The new address supplied happened to be a warehouse in California???? Since the shipping cost was over a thousand dollars, we offered to get the vehicle from a California Dealer since it did not make sense to pay all the additional costs now applied to the transaction. We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service, and even tried to save this client money. We hope you will reconsider your rating, as we tried our best to do business within Lexus compliance and state laws.
