This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Besides. 15 minute wait to talk to anyone, the showroom was uncomfortably quiet, with desks crammed together like a call center. When I mentioned I was short on time, a sales manager loudly said, “Well, you shouldn’t have come in then,” which is shockingly unprofessional. Another employee brushed it off with a dismissive “ok,” as if that kind of behavior was normal. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine the service after the sale. Save yourself the frustration, there are plenty of dealerships that will actually respect your time and business. More
