This was the FOURTH car I purchased from Hempstead Ford - MS

This was the FOURTH car I purchased from Hempstead Ford and the THIRD car I purchased from JC Crescenzo. We love our new Bronco, but this review is about JC. There are many reasons we've gone back to JC. He is straight-forward, honest and there's no xx. He's a sales consultant, NOT a salesman. He explains about your options and answers questions honestly in an attempt to ensure you will be happy with your new car. He's not at all pushy (It helps this is a no haggle dealer) and he's trustworthy. When I got home after picking up our new Bronco we found a minor issue with the car. I immediately called JC and he assured me the dealer would fix the issue. Sure enough, JC himself, facilitated the fix and this minor issue was quickly resolved. At other dealers I have dealt with in the past, I'm sure this minor issue would have been a major pain. BTW, for my previous car, I visited JC but what I wanted was not currently available. Sure enough, almost two months later he called me and said, "The car you wanted just came in. I'm holding it for you before putting it on the website". I went to see him and he was right. I bought the car immediately. You can be sure when the time comes for another car, we will call JC and Hempstead Ford FIRST.

If I could give more stars for Jack I would! - Jamie

If I could give more stars for Jack I would! My experience purchasing a new car with him was made incredibly easy and stress free. He is honest, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and works with you to find the right car for you at the best price. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Unforeseen circumstances had me buying a second car shortly after and was sure to ask for Jack. Again, he delivered an incredible experience. I highly recommend Jack and the dealership!

Justin made this whole process smooth and efficient. - NYC_Twins

Justin made this whole process smooth and efficient. He was helpful and knowledgeable handling all our questions both on the vehicles as well as the buying process. He did a great job of continually checking in with us and letting us know what to expect next. I am appreciative that we had Justin to work with in this process.

I had a fantastic experience at Schultz Ford buying a new - BrittB1419

I had a fantastic experience at Schultz Ford buying a new Expedition. Isaac was the best car sales person I’ve dealt with at any dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the different trim levels and took the time to understand our lifestyle to help us pick where we should spend on extra features and which ones likely won’t make a difference for us. He found an Expedition that was our preferred color and had all of the exact features we wanted from a different dealership and had to ready for us to pick up quickly. We will definitely return to Schultz for future Ford purchases!

I just picked up my 3rd leased vehicle from Sal A. - Ev Davila

I just picked up my 3rd leased vehicle from Sal A. at Ford of Englewood. I liked my first and second cars - both Escapes. This year I went with the Bronco Big Bend. Love it! Sal makes the lease renewal process seamless. He knows what I am looking for and takes it into consideration before proposing several options. I fully trust Sal and appreciate how easy he makes this process for me. In between lease renewals, Sal is quick to answer and questions and to provide recommendations on any decisions I make regarding my vehicles. I greatly appreciate that!

Likely the best experience I've ever had buying either - JoeM

Likely the best experience I've ever had buying either new or used vehicles from a dealership. The sales team was courteous, professional, patient and respected my needs for this vehicle. Not the typical high pressure tactics I've experienced at many dealerships over the years. My next Ford will be purchased from Schultz of Haverstraw!

I made an appt for service (having trouble with defrost - TootisePie

I made an appt for service (having trouble with defrost and A/C. arrived 20 minutes early for the service appt, (7:15 am), left my car and went home. Called service dept at 4:40 pm, was asked if I could leave the car because they didn't have time to get to it because they had 4 call outs that day. (No one thought to call me at all during the day to inform me or ask if I could leave the car, and they didnt call me to tell me the car WASN'T ready). Side note: after I left my car with Carlos, as I was leaving the dealership I saw my car parked in the back lot where I imagine it sat ALL DAY!

I purchased a 2023 New Ford Bronco with the Hard Top. - mrodm275

I purchased a 2023 New Ford Bronco with the Hard Top. After 3 years and 48,000 Miles, my hard top started having micro cracks appear throughout the hard top. Keep in mind I have never once removed the hardtop and never had any accidents - I just had it parked in my driveway and over time it cracked under normal use. I brought the issue up with Ford and they advised that surpassed the 3 year and 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I had to call Ford Customer Service, to which they opened a case number. Ultimately Ford customer service's best fix was to replace the worst portion of the hardtop at a 60/40 split - to which it still had to pay $2,000 out of pocket. This is not right at all - Ford should have covered the full replacement of all 3 pieces of the hard top - not just split the cost of one of the pieces. Please keep this in mind when buying the hard top broncos - Buyers Beware

I was in search of a Bronco Sport and had gone to many - HAIKINA

I was in search of a Bronco Sport and had gone to many websites looking for a particular trim. I came across the Out Banks in this beautiful Eruption Green at Empire Ford in Huntington.. It was a loaner car with very low mileage. I would have preferred new, but Kelly from the internet team gave me a great price and showed me the discount by presenting the original and post sticker price. I went in initially just to inspect the features and ended up driving out with my Bronco within a few hours. The managers Sam & Mike introduced me to Brad Simon, the Sales Specialist. This guy was so accommodating, going over every one of the elaborate features of the Sport. It's a lot to digest and it'll be a learning experience. He offered me a great price on my trade in, so that secured my down payment. We went for a test drive and the Bronco rode beautifully. I already had been preapproved for a loan so Jayson finalized the financing. Brad went over every inch of the Bronco, showing me all the incredible features such as the leather trim seats, moon roof, lighting all over the place and all the modern digital features on the screens. The digital 13 inch screen is amazing. I'll have to give myself daily lessons. I am so pleased to have run into such a great sales team. When I had gone to another dealer, there was an issue with the sunroof on my trade in. I was going to have it repaired since I had still had a lifetime warrantee, but the other dealer wanted nothing to do with my Jeep, which was really in great shape. . At Empire, they said they would have the repairs made without the insurance and gave me a great trade-in value. One less thing for me to worry about. I was surprised at how accommodating this entire team was after the other dealer rejected me. So within a few hours I was driving my new Bronco home. They don't make this metallic green anymore so I was so happy to have found the one dealer that had this in stock. It amazes me how the colors change at the various times of the day when the sun hits just right. I also wanted to mention that I was having trouble with the alarm system and the service team offered to send out a mobile repair unit. I thought that was so nice. even though I eventually solved the problem. So many digital features to be learned. Thank you, Brad for a wonderful buying experience that couldn't have gone any better.

Disgusted - Great First Impressions are Key

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted

They sold a car claiming higher trim level and no coolant - katherinemaines

They sold a car claiming higher trim level and no coolant causing white smoke coming out of exhaust and tried to blame us it was to have been ford certified pre owned. This is as SHADY

this is absolutely the most expensive and either - danmoses

this is absolutely the most expensive and either incompetent or totally rip-off places my friend has been to. He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

I leased a Mach-E from Schultz Ford in July of 2025. - mpo

I leased a Mach-E from Schultz Ford in July of 2025. I live in Massachusetts, but this dealership had the car I wanted in stock, so I chose to lease from them. The salesperson I worked with was excellent, and the initial paperwork process was smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, everything that followed has been very disappointing. Because the car needed to be registered in Massachusetts, the General Manager explained that the process might take about a week, since it would have to be routed through a Massachusetts dealership. That seemed reasonable at the time. After not hearing anything for over 10 days, I contacted the GM to check the status. He told me the registration was completed, that I could continue using my old plates, and that documentation would be sent shortly. When I verified this with the Massachusetts RMV, however, they had no record of the VIN and confirmed my plates were still registered to my old vehicle. The GM had lied to me. Since then, I’ve been driving with a New York dealer plate loaned to me by Schultz Ford. At the time of writing this, it has been almost nine weeks. New York regulations only allow dealer plates to be loaned for five days, which leaves me in a precarious legal situation if I get pulled over in New York. The dealership has not demonstrated that it knows how to complete an out-of-state registration, and the lack of communication has been especially frustrating. Updates are never provided proactively—I have to initiate every conversation, and return calls or texts almost never arrive as promised. To make matters worse, the dealership’s website offers no staff directory or clear avenues for escalation. Short of making another long trip back to the dealership, I have no way to identify who could actually resolve the situation. In short, I’d recommend that buyers avoid Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. While their sales team was friendly and efficient, their failure to complete the registration process, combined with poor communication, has left me with an unregistered vehicle months after purchase. There are plenty of Ford dealerships around, and you can do much better than this one.
