Going forward I will find a different Ford dealership for any service or purchases. Very disappointed in the experience with Scarsdale Ford. More

I initially called in and was in contact with a sales rep called Anthony to look into a second car for me and my wife. What I didn't know was that my father in law was also in contact with a guy named Chris called Anthony to look into a second car for me and my wife. What I didn't know was that my father in law was also in contact with a guy named Chris there. We ended up getting a Ford Bronco, and the guys there were more than easy going and professional. I'd recommend working with this dealership, they're alright people! More

Service was great today. Everyone was prompt and polite and helpful. The next day I received an email from Ford that said I could’ve had valet service.
