This is horrible service department. I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was told they don't have any. I called on in Tuesday 8/30/22 to make am appointment and the earliest appointment they have is 10 days away. Do service writers understand that it's still summer and I informed them that I use the car every day and I need AC. I leased the car at this dealership and now I understand that if the work is under warranty the service department doesn't want to do it. This was my first and last ford amd especially from this dealership. I would never reccomend anyone to this dealership More

I’ve always liked Marisol(Ford Scarsdale), I don’t like dealing with the young, it’s all about the sale with them. Marisol was and is extremely helpful. No pressure, but always consistent and informed, if dealing with the young, it’s all about the sale with them. Marisol was and is extremely helpful. I've spent time back and forth with them since ordering a Bronco. In fact I transferred my order to them from another dealer which was unresponsive. Sure enough Scarsdale Ford seems to have the same, old-sch Bronco. In fact I transferred my order to them from another dealer which was unresponsive. Sure enough Scarsdale Ford seems to have the same, old-school, attitude. I ask simple questions about the order and accessories and I'm just passed on to someone else who doesn't respond. Then I was told the manager, Juan, "wants to you come in to meet." I couldn't get out of them what Juan wanted to discuss and offered a Zoom which never happened. Suspect there are Ford dealers who actually answer questions and respond to emails, but this isn't one of them. They'll be obliterated when the auto industry grows up and dismantles the dealer model. More
