Teri Lupacchino was a dream to work with. I never felt pressured when I bought my car. She explained everything in detail. This is the third Acura I have purchased from this dealership. There are two reason why I would recommend this dealer. First the sales staff is professional and courteous. They have a nice balance between wanting to sell you a car and letting you do it on your terms. But the service at this dealership is second to none. Brian and his team always go the extra mile. Examples, I asked to have a major service and have the tires rotated. They called and said the wear was even on the tires and it wasn't necessary. They have changed fuses on the spot without an appointment and honored other dealership coupons. I have all my cars serviced there even the non-Acura models. I would recommend them without hesitation. More
