Stopped in at Schaller on a Tuesday night to see what they might have available based on my needs for towing a boat. Jim Merrill, the Schaller consultant, spent much time, not discussing buying a car, but evaluating my needs versus vehicles that might fit the bill including non-Acura products. Jim indicated that he didn't have a vehicle in the lot at the time that matched my requirements perfectly but he would keep me informed if anything came in. I had spotted a Honda Pilot in the lot and we took a look at it but it just wasn't for me. There was also a one owner MDX that was slightly over my budget but Jim suggested a test drive. Back at the office we re-evaluated my needs and budget considerations and concluded that the MDX would meet all of them and then some. There was no high pressure tactics used by Jim, but rather, he focused on my needs and the benefits that the MDX would provide in the future. Frankly, it was tough pulling the trigger on the decision, as I normally don't purchase used cars. But the features and conditions of the car as maintained by Schaller convinced me that this would be a wise buy. Brian in Finance was also extremely helpful with the financing end and with the benefits of an extended warranty, something I have never purchased. But with an impending retirement in the next two months, logic says it was the right step to take. We also own another Acura purchased from Schaller and have had nothing but excellent service from the dealership. My new vehicle was ready to go and picked up within 12 hours of my first sit down with Jim, much thanks for turning a semi-nightmare into a pleasant reality. If you want a dealership with consultants that will put your needs first, Schaller gets my 100% recommendation. More

After we sealed the deal, he encouraged to make follow up appointments at our convenience and pace to help us with the features in the car. He even spent time with us going over the various features to ensure we were comfortable before we drove off. I don't care to talk to pushy salesmen, but was pleasantly surprised after talking to James Merrill. He worked with me with out being pushy or making me feel rushed. I found a used Acura TL that fit my budget, I was given a fair price on my trade in and I didn't walk out feeling I overpaid for my vehicle. He even personally showed me all the features in the car and how to navigate thru everything. I would recommend doing business with Schaller Acura and plan on bringing them my repeat business! More

The Acura brand offered a number of pleasing attributes, a quality product with a reasonable total cost of ownership, nice performance while simultaneously delivering impressive gas mileage. When I went to Schaller Acura in Manchester I liked the atmosphere. I worked with Bob Kenton who was experienced, knowledgeable and easy going.
