I waited for an oil change to be completed for THREE HOURS. That was with a scheduled appointment! When I got there, no one was there to tell me where to put my car or even greet me to take my keys and HOURS. That was with a scheduled appointment! When my car finally was taken in, I had to ask what was going on and why it was taking so long. They told me I needed a new battery and all they had left to do was swap it with a new one. That alone took 40 mins! No one even came to get me when my car was ready. I went to the counter to see what the status was and saw my car ready to go. No one was at the desk again, and I had to wait for someone to show up yet again. The few times I did talk to Jason at the desk, he was very nice and gave me updates on my vehicle. I typically go to the Kia service center in Elmhurst for the same service. On a busy day, it takes an hour and a half. It's completely unreasonable for a customer to wait 3 hours for an oil change. I'm never coming back to your service center again. I'd gladly drive an extra 15 mins to go somewhere else. Your scheduling website is also terrible to see what service times are available. I had to blindly guess times and hope one of them was available. More
I went to get a oil change and I had Jose as my help. He was outstanding, caring and was quick to resolve. I had my mom with wheelchair and son and I was worried with the Covid 19 where we can sit because was outstanding, caring and was quick to resolve. 2020 NEW Kia Optima EX Premium Edition On June 15, 2020, I bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Optima EX Premium Edition, test drove it, bought it, and asked if they could tint the windows and put On June 15, 2020, I bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Optima EX Premium Edition, test drove it, bought it, and asked if they could tint the windows and put mud guards on the car and deliver it to me when finished. They delivered it in 5 days with a 5" dent in the passenger door, a chipped windshield, and the brakes weren't working correctly. I was told by their sales manager, Chad, they would bring me a loaner, repair the car and return it to me by Friday 3rd. Then, on the 3rd I was told the car wouldn't be ready, it wasn't repaired yet!. So I said cancel the Contract and give me my money back. After several protracted conversations, I was told I'd get my money back and the contract would be cancelled. It is now July 13th, I still don't have my down payment back and am holding their loaner until I get my money back. Chad, the Sales Manager at this location, lacks any form of integrity, doesn't return his phone calls, his voice mail box is always full so you can't leave him a message, and he doesn't follow through on what he says he's going to do. I also left several messages for Ricky Perez who didn't return my telephone messages either. It's been almost a month since I purchased my car and am still waiting for my money to be returned along with a cancelled Contract. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. However, I would recommend their sales lady, Klaudia Tatkowska, she followed through on everything she said she was going to do and was a pleasure to work with. More

Service center was ready for my vehicle at my appointment time. Everything was explained to me when I first got there. Everything went well, but I had to call to get an update on my car. 2 hr repair was over 4 hrs. no communication, I contacted the shop after 4 hrs, was placed on hold, only be told it’s not ready. I Was never called, and the quote was on my ticket only when I picked up the car. when the campaign was done and I was there to pick it up. More
