Beyound what I expected I did not have an appointment when I stopped in with my 2012 Kia. I received a recall for ACU. I mentioned that I would have to come back as I really I did not have an appointment when I stopped in with my 2012 Kia. I received a recall for ACU. I mentioned that I would have to come back as I really need to go to Costco and shop for supplies needed at church. Malina said no problem. A very nice young man drove me to Costco and when I finished shopping they picked me up and drove me back to the dealer. My next problem was quickly solved when I realized I had an eye dr. appointment and time was very short and they transferred all of my supplies to my car and sent me on my way in time for the Dr. appointment. Thank you so much More

Worth the wait. I have been going there for many years now. But since last 2 visits I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change. Service told me they were very busy. In this last visit it took only 1 hour because I told them it was ridiculous to take so long. And the person attending me he told another service gentlemen 2 please and do my oil change as soon as possible. It is worth the wait because of the prices but I do live 45 minutes from there and then having to wait that long for an oil change it is kind of ridiculous. I guess I should really just find a place closer to my home even if it's a little bit more expensive to avoid a long day just for an oil change. More
