My experience with the staff was great. The staff was friendly and informative. The state of the waiting area made my experience a bit less comfortable. The white chairs were dirty and significantly worn. The space was not what I would expect from a Kia dealership. It doesn’t need to be fancy, I’ll take clean and simple anyway over fancy. Hopefully changes/improvements can be made to that space. More

Mark is great and I feel confident he handles my car needs well. But as far as having to wait 2 & 1/2 hours for an oli change is something no one has time for. I made and appointment and was quoted 1 & 1/2 hours. Also they did a tire rotation with out asking me 1st and a car wash which i was not concerned about. I just needed an oil change. Mark is wonderful to work with and got me a decent price for the oil change and tire rotation but unfortunately next time i need just an oil change i will return back to midas where when i have an appointment the longest i had to wait was 45min.
