We had agreed to purchase the car, and Chris Florin mailed us all the paperwork that needed to be signed in order to purchase the car. Once David Kolinen and I arrived at dealership, David explained the features and functions of the car prior to letting me drive off the dealership lot. This transaction was very professional, smooth and organized from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. My husband and I were extremely happy with Rob Lane's and Tom Hughes customer service when we decided to purchase a new car at Schaumburg Mitsubishi. Rob showed us all the cars we were interested in - he went thru all the features, pros/cons of each, and we both went for test drives in the vehicle we ultimately purchased. No pressure at all - we really enjoyed this car buying experience. Rob was also super friendly and a great person to talk with while we waited on our paperwork to be processed. Tom was great about asking us all the financial questions and getting us the monthly price we could afford with our down payment and trade-in (2004 Pontiac-very used!) for a new 2018 Outlander. They are a great team! The dealership itself is easy to get to, the showroom is a little small, but don't let that fool you as they have quite the variety of vehicles outside. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used vehicles. More
